Process Mining AI Agent: aggregate process models from event logs
Most companies already hold a detailed record of how their work really flows: ERP, ticketing, CRM and workflow systems log every step, wait and handover. The process mining AI agent from Nestack Agent Care replays those event logs as an aggregate process model, so operations teams can see where work waits, loops back and changes hands.
What the agent does:
- Reads event logs exported from ERP, ticketing, CRM and workflow engines and assembles them into cases: the steps, the order they ran in, the waits between them and the systems they came from.
- Builds an aggregate model of paths, waits and rework loops, with a confidence level, and publishes that aggregate view by default.
- Runs scope checks, cohort-size checks and attribution checks before anything leaves the agent.
- Holds any view that could identify an individual behind a separate, recorded request and routes it to consultation.
Where people stay in charge: a named process sponsor releases each model, and anything attributable to a person adds a read from employment counsel first. Attributing traces to named employees, judging individual performance, ranking teams against each other or using a model in a disciplinary case all stay outside the agent's boundary. Write actions run only inside the approval boundaries agreed during implementation, and every sponsor correction is counted in the agent's evaluation. Typical delivery is 4 to 6 weeks on your existing stack.
