An operating review is only as trustworthy as the definitions behind its numbers. The operational reporting AI agent from Nestack Agent Care assembles the operations pack from sources of record, carries the definition beside every figure and marks any number that has moved since it was last published.

What the agent does:
- Pulls each number from a source of record (warehouse tables, operational extracts, BI exports or the prior pack) and records the day it was pulled.
- Binds every figure to its metric definition and version, so a definition change breaks the trend at the change instead of drawing a line through it.
- Marks restated figures with what moved, when and why, including late records that land in a closed period.
- Reports two teams' rival measures for the same name separately rather than adding them up, and states the gap to the finance close as a quantity with a cause.

Where people stay in charge: the agent assembles but never publishes. A named operations lead releases the pack, decides what a metric is meant to measure and judges whether a restatement is material; anything restated goes through a definition review first. Write actions run only inside the approval boundaries agreed during implementation, and each lead correction is counted in the evaluation. Typical delivery is 4 to 6 weeks.
